Winter Clementines

November 30, 2017 Hannah Pemberton

Juicy oranges speak of the summer, but leafy clementines belong to winter.

Sliced finely and dried gently in the oven these orange orbs scent the house deliciously, are beautiful hung with ribbon or string on a Christmas tree, and are a very welcome addition to a simmering pan of mulled wine.

You’ll need

  • 5 clementines

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 100°C (fan).
  2. Finely slice the clementines and lay out on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours, turning once.
  4. Remove and leave to cool.
