Sweet potato fritters with charred corn

July 29, 2014 Hannah Pemberton

I’ve eaten some great scran in airports.

But never here in the UK. We all know British airports aren’t known for their culinary treasures. They’re known for 7am pints, substandard fry ups and lukewarm fast food. These little pork kebabs are a BBQ must.

Cheap to make, incredibly juicy, full of asian flavour and very easy to put together. Make more of them than you think you’ll need - I promise you they’ll all be scoffed.

Super simple Thai style turkey burgers

July 15, 2012 Hannah Pemberton

Poor old Turkey Lurkey. Only eaten at Christmas and forgotten throughout the rest of the year.

But as a lean and economical meat I’m keen to get more of it into our eatings.
